Yes. A $400 deposit is required for any rental.
At any given time, our currently available apartments are listed on Facebook Marketplace and posted here on our site. Follow us on META to stay informed.
We rent on yearly leases; however, month-to-month is available upon request for an additional $50/mo.
Maybe. In certain buildings we allow Cats (on approval). In some instances, small well-trained dogs have been considered. If a pet is allowed, the tenant accepts responsibility for any damage caused by the pet even if it exceeds the amount of the security deposit.
All tenants are responsible to have content insurance on his/her own property.
No. All buildings are smoke free; however, smoking is permitted at the back of buildings away from doors and windows.Â
Lock-outs requiring a manager to open the door are subject to a $100 fee, a/o a $50 charge for lost keys to compensate for time and displacement. To avoid these potential fees, we advise you to have a backup plan with friends a/o family for spare key(s).
